RYC: I think you might have misread my post (or maybe I wrote it wrong). I feel that the vet overdiagnosed her. I don’t think there’s much wrong with her at all, other than a small bladder infection (which seems to have cleared up because her litterbox is normal again). I did tell them about her behaviour at home, and they refuted it. They’re convinced that she’s stressed and needs antidepressants. I’d take her for a second opinion somewhere else, but I honestly don’t want to put her through all that again. It was hellish for her.
As for the wet food, it’s recommended for cats with urinary tract problems because it gives them extra fluids and prevents crystals building up in the bladder. They recommended her to be on wet exclusively for a month.

Thanks for the concern, by the way I’m also very protective of my cat. She’s my baby, hence why I was a little stressed over the entire situation.
